How to help your memory when preparing for exams

With school and university exams looming Professor Penny Van Bergen can discuss how can help their memory when preparing for exams. In an article for The Conversation Professor Van Bergen says memory is a key part of how we learn: “If students understand how memory works, they can prioritise effective study habits. This will help for exams as well as their learning in the longer term.”

Professor Van Bergen is passionate about educational psychology and about evidence-based teaching practice. She is an Educational Psychologist in the School of Education.
